Customs inspections can extend delivery times. Duties/taxes are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.

Launch/limited drops: During high-volume releases, processing may extend by 1–2 business days. We ship orders in the sequence they’re received.

Order processing & fulfillment

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days for in‑stock items (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Cutoff time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day.
  • Pre‑orders/backorders: Ship when inventory lands, typically 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Split shipments: We may ship items separately to speed up delivery at no extra cost.

Packaging

Each pair is packed in a protective mailer or box. We minimize waste while keeping garments safe and dry.

Signatures

Signature on delivery is optional for US expedited/overnight services. Contact us before your order ships if you’d like to add it (fees may apply).

Tracking your order

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a live tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the first scan.

  • Status codes: “Pre‑shipment” means the label is created; “In transit” indicates the carrier has it; “Out for delivery” is the day it’s scheduled to arrive.
  • Delivery attempts: If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may try again or hold at a nearby location for pickup.
  • Route changes: Once in transit, we can’t reroute most packages. Contact support quickly for options.

International shipping

  • Coverage: We ship to most countries. If your location isn’t available at checkout, contact us and we’ll try to help.
  • Duties & taxes: Unless specified at checkout, shipments are sent DDU (unpaid). Your local customs office will assess any fees due on arrival.
  • ID & contact: Some countries require a tax ID or local phone number to clear customs—ensure details are accurate to avoid delays.
  • Refusals/returns: If a package is refused due to duties/taxes, shipping fees and any return charges may be deducted from the refund.

Tracked Postal: 6–12 business days. Express: 3–6 business days. Remote areas or customs inspections may add time.

Addresses, PO boxes, and changes

  • PO boxes: Available for US standard shipping. Expedited/overnight and most international services require a street address.
  • Address changes: Email [email protected] immediately with the correct address and order number. If the order has shipped, we’ll explore carrier options.
  • Invalid/insufficient addresses: Orders returned to sender can be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded less shipping.

Apartment and unit numbers

Please include gate codes, building numbers, and apartment/unit details to prevent carrier returns.

Delays, lost packages, and claims

  • Weather & peak volume: Storms, holidays, and carrier capacity can extend transit times. Thank you for your patience.
  • Marked delivered but missing: Wait 24 hours, check with neighbors, and look for carrier notices. If still missing, contact the carrier and our team within 7 days of the delivery scan.
  • No tracking updates: Reach out if there’s no movement for 7+ days domestic or 10+ days international.
  • Claim windows: Carriers typically require 7–20 days (US) or 20–30 days (international) from last scan before filing a loss claim. We’ll guide you through it.

If the order hasn’t been fulfilled, contact us ASAP and we’ll try to upgrade/downgrade the service. Additional charges or refunds may apply.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with USPS and UPS for US orders and DHL/UPS for international shipments. The specific service depends on speed, destination, and weight.
Will I pay customs duties?
Many countries assess duties and taxes on imports. Unless indicated as prepaid at checkout, you’ll be responsible for any fees charged by customs.
